Selected Xpress Media publications may be operated under a fixed-term commercial licence, offering an established media operator the opportunity to develop the publication without acquiring it outright.
The operator takes responsibility for advertising sales, customer relationships and day-to-day editorial operations, while ownership of the publication and associated rights remains with Xpress Media.
Publishing and production services — including layout, design, prepress and digital publishing — can be provided separately, allowing the operator to focus on commercial growth and editorial development.

Öresundsperspektiv is a developed cross-border publishing concept created around the shared history, identity and future of the Öresund Region.
Inspired by the Öresund Bridge itself, the concept was designed to connect Swedish and Danish readers through a shared regional perspective, bringing together history, contemporary analysis and thoughtful reflections on the people, places and developments that shape the region.
The original concept uses a distinctive dual-cover format, with one Swedish and one Danish cover. Readers from each side of the Öresund can begin the publication in their own language, with both editions meeting through shared English-language content.
Rather than focusing on short-lived news, Öresundsperspektiv was conceived as a premium annual publication focused on context, understanding and perspective — exploring the historical roots, current developments and broader forces shaping one of Northern Europe's most dynamic cross-border regions.
